KATHMANDU, May 4: CPN (UML) leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the second phase election was still in confusion.
While speaking in a program organized to handover the office to the newly elected officials of the FNJ, Kathmandu chapter on Thursday, leader Nepal added that the second phase election was still in confusion however, some positive vibes were increasing regarding the first phase of election.

He suggested holding second phase of election before new budget (May 29). He termed the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal's decision of participating in local poll as positive.
Speaking at the same program, FNJ central secretary Prabhat Chalaune had opined for developing the FNJ as a common institute to all journalists.
On the occasion, FNJ Kathmandu chair Govinda Chalaune had handed the office to newly elected chair Shanta Ram Bidari. RSS
