Publishing the provision in Nepal Gazette, the SEBON has asked the investment companies with paid up capital of more than Rs 50 million and having annual transactions of over 100 million per annum to get registered at the SEBON. The provision will help regulate the investment companies operating in the country, according to the SEBON.
