Schools to reopen from Tuesday in Jajarkot

JAJARKOT, May 4: Schools in the district which were closed after the outbreak of seasonal flu and swine flu are reopening from Tuesday.

As many as 428 schools in the district were ordered closed since April 1. The District Disaster Relief Committee has made this decision stating that the spread of the diseases was taken under control.


The committee even has urged all to contact the health workers if they find signs of the epidemic.

Similarly, chief at the district health office Dhirjang Shah has urged all to remain alert. As many as 31 people were killed due to such seasonal flu in the district. RSS
