According to DSP Som Thapa, spokesperson of District Police Office, Nawalparasi, the school bus, Lu 1 Pa 956, belonging to Little Angels Boarding School based in Ramgram Municipality has been set on fire.
However, no casualties have been reported. The incident took place on the eve of the day when the schools were preparing to resume teaching activities following the closure for a month due to Tarai banda.
The schools in the regions have remained closed due to this incident, said Thapa.
