KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd (SCBNL) has offered special interest rate for people buying motor vehicles during the ongoing NADA Auto Show.
he bank is providing auto loan at 8.97-9.97 percent interest rates. According to the bank, it will charge premium rate at 2.5 percent to 3.5 percent on the bank's base rate.
The base rate of the bank currently stands at 6.47 percent which means the interest rates of the SCBNL for personal auto loans will be 8.97 percent to 9.97 percent after including the interest rate premium. This special interest rates will be applicable from August 29 till September 3, according to the bank.
