KATHMANDU, June 6: The Supreme Court has refused to stay the government ban on operation of necessary services like hospitals and insurance run by Unity Life International (ULI), a fraudulent network marketing firm. The court has however given the case priority hearing.

Taking up a writ petition filed by a group of seven Unity clients, justices Khil Raj Sharma and Rana Bahadur Bam refused to issue a stay order to the government to allow ULI to resume its health and insurance services saying that the government is investigating the firm´s business.
