The Supreme Court issued the order for the second time citing that the University failed to comply with its earlier order to that effect. A single bench of justice Rana Bahadur Bom issued the order.
The Supreme Court had issued an interim order to the University not to implement the decision to hike the fees. The university had hiked the fees on June 8.
