KATHMANDU, April 28: The Supreme Court on Tuesday did not give its verdict on the case pertaining to extension of service of eight brigadier generals. The two-member bench of justices Anupraj Sharma and Prem Sharma sought notes of pleading by the lawyers from both sides by next Tuesday to decide whether or not to continue the court´s previous stay order that prevented the government from retiring the generals.
