A total of 30 petitions have been filed against the House dissolution. Eleven of them will be heard at the Constitutional Bench, a five-member full bench led by the chief justice, starting from Friday.
It is to be noted that President Biday Devi Bhandari, at the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, dissolved the HoR as per Article 76 (7) of the Constitution of Nepal on May 22.
