KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Satdobato Youth Club has defeated Bansbari Club 1-0 to climb to the sixth position in the league table of the ongoing Martyrs Memorial B Division League Football Tournament on Sunday.
Krishna Rumba scored the winning goal in the match played at APF stadium and helped Satdobato register its fourth win of the league campaign.
First half substitute Krishna scored the only goal of the match in the 81st minute in a one-on-one situation beating Bansbari goalkeeper.
Bansbari who has won just two matches out of eight in the league is at the ninth position with ten points.
In the other match of the day, Divine Boys Union Club held a frustrating goalless draw with Nayabasti Youth Club.
With a draw, Boys Union missed out a chance to move to the fifth position.
Nayabasti, which has registered just one win, is at the bottom three with seven points, while Boys Union is at seventh with 12 points.
