KATHMANDU, April 6: One of Nepal’s most popular consumer electronics brands, Samsung, recently announced their New Year offers on their latest range of Samsung consumer electronic products such as TVs, refrigerators and washing machines, for the New Year 2080 BS.

The offer is set to run all the way till the 2nd of Jestha 2080. For this New Year’s offer, Samsung has offered up to 41 percent cashback on their consumer durables.

With the New Year, consumers can also bring new changes to their kitchens, and upgrade to Samsung’s innovative Side by Side Refrigerators that has a capacity of up to 700L, the Curd Maestro TM with 314L capacity, or the Digital Inverter Double Door and Single Door Refrigerators, all available for purchase with up to 25% cashback assured.

Consumers can get a personalized laundry experience with the AI EcobubbleTM Washing Machine’s suggestive cycles, now available with a cashback guarantee of up to 28% with their 8kg, 9kg and 12kg variants and consumers can get up to 25% discount on the Front Load that comes with Hygiene Steam with a capacity of 8kg/9kg of loads.

This is the first time globally that an electronic brand is offering a 20-year warranty on their products. Samsung is now providing a 20 years warranty on DIT compressors on their Refrigerators along with a 20 years warranty on DIT Motor on their Washing Machines. The German Association for Electrical, Electronic  and Information Technologies (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker – VDE), has also awarded the Digital Compressor (Refrigerator) with a 21 year reliability certification. This certification was given after an internal testing that was conducted using the ISO 15502 standard.
