At the House meeting on Monday, Nembang directed the parliament secretariat to forward the audio record and its transcribed document, presented by Home Minister Bamdev Gautam in parliament, to SAC for further investigation.
Submitting the audio record to parliament, Gautam had drawn attention toward "anti-constitutional" remarks by lawmakers. "I want to draw the attention of parliament toward the remarks by our lawmakers against sovereignty, national integrity and social harmony of the country," said Gautam.

Gautam had presented the audio record in parliament after lawmakers raised concerns over the controversial remarks by lawmakers Upendra Yadav, Amresh Kumar Singh and Nepal Shadbhavana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato in Kailali last week.
Also furnishing clarification over the government's response to fresh protests across the country, DPM Gautam said, "The police have been using minimal force to protect lives and property." He further said the government has adopted highly sensitive security policy to prevent untoward incidents.
Urging the people to present their demands peacefully, Gautam also asked protestors to stay away from anti-constitutional elements.
Few lawmakers from Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal, Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Tarai Madhes Democratic Party have expressed dissatisfaction over the remarks by Gautam.
