A memorandum of understanding was signed with Moscow-based Institute Hydro Project/ Hydropower Engineering for advance research study of the 100 MW Upper Tamor and 57 MW Middle Tamor projects. The MoU was signed by Fick Alexander Lescase Alexander.
The topographic survey, geographic survey and suggestions collection for the study of the two Tamor projects have already been completed by Sanima hydropower, the general manager of Sanima Hydropower, Subarna Shrestha, said.
The Russian Institute Hydropower has 70 years of experience in hydropower and communications sectors.
