KREMLIN, July 31: There are no conditions yet for holding another top-level meeting in the Normandy format, since the previous agreements between the four leaders have not been implemented, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday. He made the statement addressing the participants at the Territory of Meanings National Educational Youth Forum in Russia’s Vladimir Region. The Normandy Four comprises Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France. Until a specific agreement between the leaders “on three inhabited communities [for armaments disengagement] is implemented, the next summit will be not very good for the reputation of the Normandy format,” TASS quoted Lavrov as saying. The idea of holding the summit had been put forward by France and Germany during his visit to Berlin and Paris last week.
