Following a cross-investigation conducted in various schools of the rural municipality under the leadership of rural municipality chair Lok Bahadur Bohora, teachers of two schools were found doing that. Similarly, Taraman Bista, Principal of Janaki Adharvut Vidhyalaya has not come to the school for the last three months and has kept a proxy teacher. According to chairperson Bohora, both of them have been told to visit the rural municipality office with their reasons. "If they neglected our order or didn't give an appropriate or genuine reason, we will have to take a stern action against them," said Bohora. The rural municipality has speeded up its inspection of other schools as well.

According to Bohora, the school inspection has shown that the quality of education has been degrading in most of the schools and the teachers have been found extremely negligent. "We decided do this in order to uplift the quality of education," said Bohora.

The teachers remain mostly absent in schools and they do so without taking leave, according to Kalu Singh Bohora, source person of Mallekh Source Center. As informed by Chairperson Bohora, the salaries of those teachers who remained absent without informing will be cut. Pramananda Joshi, Principal of Janata Secondary School, Mallekh states that these kinds of inspection do not just help to regulate the activities of teachers but also make them responsible about their duties.
