KATHMANDU, Jan 18: Rastriya Prajantara Party (RPP) has decided to publicize its upcoming general convention adopting new measures, including using various social media tools.
RPP Spokesperson Rajaram Shrestha said that the party will not erect hoarding boards nor will put up flex, pamphlets and posters on the walls of the Kathmandu Valley to prevent the walls in the Valley from being defiled but will post updates, information in websites, official facebook page and twitter among other popular social media.
Spokesperson Shrestha further shared that musical programmes will be organized in major towns and commercial areas in the Valley to spread the word about the national convention of this fourth largest party in the parliament.
This move is to be taken keeping in mind the previous mode of publicity exercised by various political parties for their general convention where the wanton posting of posters and graffiti had left the walls in the Valley ugly. RSS
