KATHMANDU, May 30: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) will be concluding the ongoing district level cadres' assemblies and training programmes within June 4 with the target set on second phase of local level elections.

The party – after failing to meet the expected success in the first phase of the local polls – launched the training programmes on May 26 so as to further strengthen the electoral campaign and make it effective.

The party has instructed the concerned district working committees to complete the programmes in the stipulated time for making the second round of polls a success. It has delegated the authorities to the working committees to forge electoral alliance with different parties in 41 districts where the second phase of the local level elections are taking place.

RPP leader Rajaram Shrestha said the party has instructed all the central members in the districts to mandatorily remain active until the elections are over. RSS
