KATHMANDU, Jan 9: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) on Thursday decided to draw the attention of the government to make necessary arrangements to ensure the safety of the Nepalis in the restive Middle East amid escalating tensions between United States and Iran following the killing of top Iranian general by the US military last week.
According to the secretary of party's International Relations (IR) Department Geeta Bhakta Joshi, a meeting of the party's IR Department also discussed the evolving scenario in the crisis-hit Middle East. The meeting also dwelled on various programs to be launched by the department in the days to come.
