RPP’s  Mechi-Mahakali trip to conclude in capital on March 15

KATHMANDU, March 11: Mechi-Mahakali political journey of Kamal Thapa-led Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) that began from Taplejung on February 27 is going to conclude on March 15 in the capital.

A sixteen-day-long political campaign will conclude with a mass meeting at Bhrikuti Mandap, said Mohan Shrestha, spokesperson of RPP.

The party conducted mass meetings at Tulsipur of Dang, Gorahi and Chandauta and Gorusinge of Kapilvastu today, Shretha informed.

RPP had submitted a 22-point demand to Prime Minister KP Oli on February 19.

The demand includes Hindu State, constitutional monarchy, an all-party roundtable meeting, referendum on federalism and probe into the property details of politician and highly-placed government officials who discharged duties after 2070 BS.
