JHAPA, July 3: Rastriya Prajantra Party (RPP) , known as a champion of Hindu state, has opened an account in the second phase of the local level polls held on June 28 in Kachankawal Rural Municipality of Jhapa district at a time when political analysts have stopped seeing its possibility emerging victorious even in a single local level given its hitherto bad electoral performance.
RPP has clinched many posts including the chief and deputy chief of Kachankawal Rural Municipality in Jhapa district. What makes the victory of the RPP more interesting is that it was registered in a place considered as a stronghold of Nepali Congress.
'I will work as people's servant, not their master'
