Thapa also said participation of all political parties is important for meaningful Constituent Assembly (CA) polls. “The major parties should persuade the CPN-Maoist into joining the election process,” he said. He also hinted at the possibility of bloodshed if the CPN-Maoist does not participate in the elections.
