Reeta Nepali was attacked by the rhino when she came out of her house. She was rushed to Bharatpur for treatment but doctors failed to save her.
Over the past six years, 34 persons have been killed in rhino attacks in Chitwan. Eighty-one persons were killed by wild animals around Chitwan National Park in the same period.
Locals complain that the security arrangements have never been strengthened despite the increasing trend of savagery by the wild animals.
