KATHMANDU, Jan 16: Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA) has felicitated Republica’s Correspondent Arpana Ale Magar with the ‘NATTA Media Award 2019’. 

The association handed over the award to Magar along with four other journalists on the occasion of the NATTA’s 52nd Annual General Meeting on Tuesday.

NATTA has said that it awarded Magar in recognition of her significant contribution toward promotion and development of tourism in Nepal through Republica. 

The award carries a purse of Rs 25,000 along with a letter of appreciation.

Magar has been working in Republica as a business and economics correspondent for last one and half years, writing and reporting on tourism, aviation and agriculture sectors.
