KHOTANG, Oct 15: Vice-President of Unified CPN (Maoist) Dr. Baburam Bhattarai said the new government led by his party will be formed once civilian supremacy is established in the country.

The senior Maoist leader said this in Khotang on Thursday on his way to inspect an under construction Republic View Tower.

In his discussions with party cadre at party office in the district headquarters, Dr. Bhattarai said remnants of autocracy are still left in the country even after the declaration of republic and urged Maoist supporters and people to fight for the final battle to sweep away them.

While mentioning that Khotang district is backward due to centralized ruling system, he said the Unified (Maoist) wants federal structure because of this.

Dr. Bhattarai expressed his commitment to establish the view tower based in Tamke at any cost symbolizing it as a memorial of Kirat state.
