Registering complaints

Family members of an insurgency-era disappeared person arrive at the local peace committee in Nepalgunj on Sunday to file a complaint over the disappearance. Due to failure of information about the start of the complaints-filing process to reach all the villages in the country, local peace committees in several districts including Ramechhap and Rolpa have not received any complaint as of Sunday.Arjun Oli/Republica
