BARA, Feb 13: It has been revealed that a rape accused has been released without producing him before the district court.
Bara police had arrested 25-year-old Sona Lal Sah of Matiyari on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.

District Police Office, Bara and Women and Children Welfare Center have released rape accused Sah without producing him before the court.
January 9, victim’s father had filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Bara as well as in the office of the Women and Children Welfare Center.
Even though the police took him under control following complaints, they released him without producing him before the court, complained the victim's father.
The rape accused was the math teacher of a local private school who had allegedly raped his own student of grade V after luring her into his room on January 6.
