KATHMANDU, Sept 18: President of Nepal Bar Association (NBA) Gopalkrishna Ghimire has said that the suspended Chief Justice Cholendra SJB Rana saying that he will return to the Supreme Court is a joke on the court.
Speaking to the media on the Supreme Court premises on Sunday, he said that the suspended Chief Justice Rana will not be allowed to come to the Supreme Court.

He said that the term of parliament has not ended but the term of the parliamentarians has ended and the next parliament will make it clear about the impeachment of the Chief Justice. He said that the Chief Justice Rana was joking on the court by saying that he would return to the Supreme Court at a time when the impeachment recommendation committee had already submitted its report to parliament.
