Rana clinches Seagram's Golf

KATHMANDU, March 3: Neeraj SJB Rana clinched the title of Seagram´s Royal Stag Golf Tournament on Saturday held at the Royal Nepal Golf Club. Rana scored 36 points in the two-day long tournament played under stableford 3/4 handicap format.



Jayandra Shah finished runner up with 33 points on count back. Kalpana Limbu and Els Schapendonk were the winner and runner up of women´s category. [break]



Suman Limbu and BK Rai took home the senior winner and runner up prizes. Lobsang T Gurung won best gross award. Samir Acharya was the winner of 11th Year Award, winner Rana won most birdies award, Shreejay Acharya won longest drive award, Manilal Thapa won closest to the pin award and MB Sapkota won the best sportsmanship award.



Siddheshwar Kumar Singh who had a hole in one in hole No 15 was awarded with a television set for his feat.
