The car is manufactured by Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Company. The 1585 cc SUV is of UFO model and uses the engine of Mitsubishi 4G18S.
The original price of the car if Rs 2,800,000. However, the introductory price has been kept at Rs 2,725,000. The car is available in full option. In a press statement issued on Thursday, the company says that the price is cheaper given the features available in the car.
The ground clearance of the car is more than 200 mm which makes it more suitable for the roads in Kathmandu, as claimed in the press statement. The major features available in the car are power assist hydraulic steering, fuel tank capacity of 57 liters and disc brakes in all four tires.
The importing company claims to have made all necessary arrangements for the spare parts and after-sale services for the car.
The manufacturer of the car which also manufactures scooters is ISO 9001:2000 certified company. It has already been exporting its cars to countries like Germany, Italy, Egypt, Syria, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Libya, Uruguay and Morocco.
