DHANUSHA, Dec 10: Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal (RJP-N) candidate for Dhanusha-3 Rajendra Mahato has been elected in the constituency. He won the constituency defeating Nepali Congress (NC) prominent leader Bimalendra Nidhi by 2903 votes.

Mahato secured 30750 votes to win the race against Nidhi, who garnered 27847 votes.
