According to local Raju Thapa, the heavy rain has trigged landslides in three different places in the VDC, prompting the villagers to scramble for safe places.
Recalling the disaster, Thapa said the villagers had run for higher lands to safety when they heard a sudden loud sound caused by the landslide in the middle of the night.
The landslide has buried all food grains, clothes and utensils of Dhan Bahadur Thapa Magar.
Meanwhile, the victims have called for relief and rehabilitation packages after the landslide posed a threat to other 45 houses in the VDC.
