KATHMANDU, Sept 8: The quarter-finals line-up of the Ncell U-18 Inter-college Basketball Tournament was completed on Tuesday with the entry of GEMS and Xavier's into the knock-out stage.
GEMS beat White House 47-30 at the Army Physical Training and Sports Center, Lagankhel, Lalitpur to be seventh team to sail into the last eight. Bishesh Khadka contributed 20 points for GEMS.

Similarly, Xavier's beat Capital College and Research Center (CCRC) 56-37 to be the last team to make it into the last eight. Sewang Bista scored 19 points for the winning team.
Meanwhile, Ideal Model beat DAV 52-43 in another match of the day. GEMS will face Golden Gate, Xavier's will play against Morgan, Liverpool with Times and Prime will meet LRI in the quarter-finals.
