Dahal urges communists to unite, work for development

KATHMANDU, April 22: On the occasion of establishment of Nepal Communist Party and 148th birthday of Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, better known as Lenin, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, chairperson of Maoist Center appealed all communists to come together.

KATHMANDU, April 22: On the occasion of establishment of Nepal Communist Party and 148th birthday of Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, better known as Lenin, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, chairperson of Maoist Center appealed all communists to come together.  


The Communist Party of Nepal was established in 1949 AD, 69 years ago on the birthday of Lenin.

Dahal urged all of his leaders to come together to implement the constitution and build the base of socialism.  


"After completion of all tiers of elections, we are now in an era of political stability. Our actions must be committed towards development and economic prosperity," Dahal said while debriefing leaders in the ongoing meeting at his residence in Khumaltar.


Since early morning today, leaders have convened at Dahal's house to dwell on party unification.
