Pulchowk has won three of its six games to secure nine points while Chyasal remains at the bottom after losing all of its six matches.[break]
Surya Bahadur Gurung and Laxman Chaudhary grabbed a brace each for Pulchowk in Tuesday´s match played at APF Headquarters, Halchowk. Ravi Thapa and Sanjay Kumar Thapa Magar added a goal each to complete the rout.
Gurung, who had given a sixth minute lead to Pulchowk, scored his second goal in the 88th minute while Chaudhary scored in the 8th and 34th minutes. Bhola Byanjankar scored a consolation goal for Chyasal.
In another match, Birgunj Youth Academy and Boys Union Club played a thrilling 3-3 draw. Ravi Paswan, Subash Bahadur Rayamajhi and Chaturdhan Chaudhary were on the scoresheet for Birgunj. Similarly, Binod Lama scored a brace and Nishan Limbu scored one for Boys Union.
With its first draw of the campaign, Birgunj is in the fourth position with 10 points. Of the five matches played so far, Birgunj has won three, drawn one and lost one. Meanwhile, unbeaten Boys Union is in the third position with 11 points following its second draw in the league.
