BIRATNAGAR, Oct 8: The Koshi province government is mobilizing a team of doctors from today in its effort to ease the health services in the monsoon disaster-hit districts.
Information Officer at the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr Kenin Rai, shared the plan to mobilize a team of doctors and representatives of the provincial Ministry of Health and Population, the Health Directorate, and the Department of Supply Management in the disaster-affected zones.

Rai informed that three teams are departing to Ilam, Panchthar, Morang, Sunsari and Udayapur this morning.
The team will work to create public awareness on preventing epidemic and infectious diseases, gather information about the health issues of the affected, and provide assistance as needed.
