MAKAWANPUR, April 23: The Province 3 government has permitted 50 locals units to procure ambulances, fire extinguishers, and mortuary vehicles.
A meeting held in Hetauda under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dormani Paudel on Monday made a decision to approve the purchase of required resources and equipment by the local units.

Minister for Financial Affairs and Planning as well as the Spokesperson of the Province 3 government, Kailash Dhungel informed Republica that the province has approved the local units' plans to purchase 37 ambulances, six fire extinguishers and seven mortuary vehicles for 50 local units.
According to him, the provincial government will be managing grant for the local units to buy ambulance and fire extinguisher. Minister Dhungel further said that a recommendation has been forwarded by the federal government to Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City for the right to use government land for 30 years for the construction of an auto village in Hetauda-15.
Dr Yamuna Kandel was appointed a member to the Provincial Policy and Planning Commission during the meeting. Newly appointed Dr Kandel took the Oath of Office and Secrecy in the presence of Chief Minister Paudel.
