KATHMANDU, OCT 23: Chairperson of the opposition party CPN-UML and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has demanded that the government provide relief to the people affected by the recent incessant rains without any delay.
Oli also paid tribute to the victims of the landslides and floods and wished speedy recovery to the injured. Inaugurating the party's ward conventions virtually on Saturday, he also thanked the party leaders and cadres involved in providing relief to those affected by the natural disasters.
Chairman Oli also claimed that there is a high level of unity within the party. He also expressed confidence that all the ward conventions across the country would be concluded with a high level of understanding. He also directed the party committees concerned to complete the ward conventions which could not be held today due to the rain.
