KATHMANDU, June 7: Relatives of Nirmala Kurmi held a protest demanding action against those responsible for her abduction and murder. The demonstrators marched from Kalanki to Maitighar on Friday.

Upon reaching Maitighar, they attempted to enter the restricted zone, leading to their arrest by the police. Among the detained were human rights activist Ruby Khan and several others.
