KATHMANDU, Feb 1: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the right to information will guarantee good governance in the society.
Acknowledging the annual report of the National Information Commission at the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar, he said that the promotion of the right to information will create a new environment for development.
“The more information transmission and the right to information can be guaranteed, the more good governance will be maintained. It creates a new environment for development,” he said.
He expressed the government's commitment to provide necessary support to promote the right to information.
