Prof Thapa named KU´s new registrar

KATHMANDU, June 16: Kathmandu University (KU)´s dean of the School of Engineering, Prof Dr Bhola Thapa has been appointed as registrar of the university. [break]



Thapa replaced Bhadra Man Tuladhar who resigned Tuesday with one year and 10 months of his tenure still remaining. Chairman of the Interim Election Council Khil Raj Regmi, who is the ex-officio chancellor of KU sent an appointment letter to the university on Sunday, according to the university´s administrative chief Mukunda Upadhyay.
