Oli stated that this year's Dashain could not be joyful due to natural disasters.
"We are celebrating Dashain with heavy hearts, and I too am unable to rejoice," Prime Minister Oli said. "As I lead the government, I am focused on wiping the tears of those affected, providing relief, carrying out reconstruction efforts and ensuring smooth and easy travel during the festive season," he added.
He has pledged to rehabilitate those displaced by floods and landslides by rebuilding their homes, either restoring them to their original state or constructing even better structures.
Previously, when Oli was Prime Minister, he used to offer Tika to the general public.
