President Dr Yadav also asked them to gear up the atmosphere for Constituent Assembly elections so that all parties would participate in it.

The President stressed that both government and the big parties needed to expedite election atmosphere to ensure participation of all parties.

Following the discussion with the President, NC Vice-President Poudel said they also discussed the budget the government was bringing very soon.

He said as the present government was a non-political one, it could not bring the policy and programmes depicting the policy of any political party.

There was no objection from the NC once the budget was brought focusing the needs of the people, he said. He added that he reminded the President about the negative effects of partial budgets in national economy.

Poudel also acquired information about the President´s health during the discussion, and said the President had no health problems now.

"I do not tend to voice concern over the formulation of full-fledged budget but I have recommended that the election government should not unveil budget containing new policies and programmes having long-term effect. I mean to say that we could go through a modest way keeping in mind the national economy and needs of the people," NC Acting President Poudel quoted Present Dr Yadav as saying.

Leader Poudel said that no party has expressed disagreement on the budget and it is not apt to bring budget reflecting features of certain political parties and parties have also not expected such things.

On another note, Acting President Poudel said that we should not go far from the past precedents while determining the electoral constituencies.

He made it clear that the party has wished that the electoral constituency delimitation commission should limit its works only on 35 seats without expanding 205 constituencies considering the population growth in the country.
