Talking to reporters in Biratnagar on Wednesday, he condemned the presidium system which is nowhere mentioned in the Interim Constitution. "Our party will not support such a proposal."[break]
Saying that the proposal to rule the country in a rotation basis is against peace process and constitution drafting, he said that the non-implementation of the past agreements resulted in the present situation.
Referring to the delay in bringing budget, he said that an economic crisis is looming in the country and urged the parties to bail the country out of the political deadlock.
