President Yadav, Chairman Dahal meet

KATHMANDU, March 23: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav and UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal held meeting at the President's official residence in Sheetal Niwas this morning.

During the meeting, President Dr Yadav said that the new constitution should be promulgated through consensus on time. He also stressed on the need of consensus among political parties for the same.


Similarly, Chairman Dahal said his party has been taking maximum initiatives with ruling parties to forge consensus, saying that the new statute would be promulgated through consensus, Dahal's personal secretary Chudamani Khadka told RSS.

President Dr Yadav and Chairman Dahal also discussed about their China visits, Khadka added.

Chairman Dahal is scheduled leave here for China today.

Similarly, President Dr Yadav is scheduled to visit China from March 26 to April 1 and address the economic session of the Boao Forum for Asia 2015 on the occasion. RSS
