KATHMANDU, Oct 11: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has started offering tika to the members of the general public at the Shital Niwas.
The President started offering tika from 2 pm onwards. The President also offered tika to Chief Justice, Sushila Karki.
President Bhandari has offered tika to former Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, former ministers, lawmakers and chiefs of the security organs, President's Press Advisor, Madhav Sharma, told the National News Agency.
The President will offer the tika until the evening hours in view of a huge number of people queuing up for the blessing. RSS
