KATHMANDU, July 16: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has authenticated four Bills on Monday.
Those Bills authenticated by Bhandari are Financial Bill, 2075, Appropriation Bill, 2075, National Debt Recovery Bill, 2075 and Credit and Surety (22nd Amendment) Bill, 2075.

A meeting of the National Assembly held on June 9 had endorsed these bills and sent to the Office of the President for authentication.
As per the provision of the Constitution, the Bills once endorsed by the Parliament should be authenticated by the President.
