KATHMANDU, Nov 5: President Bidya Devi Bhandari attended a tea reception hosted by Vice-president Nanda Bahadur Pun on the occasion of Tihar, Chhath and Nepal Sambat 1139 festivals in the capital on Monday. 

The program was organized at Bahadur Bhawan, the office of Vice-president Pun. 

Also present on the occasion were Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Ganesh Timilsina, former Prime Ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhalnath Khanal and Lokendra Bahadur Chand, former chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi, Ministers, justices of the Supreme Court, heads of constitutional bodies, heads of diplomatic mission, political party leaders, high-ranking government officials, industrialist, media-persons and social workers.
