KATHMANDU, August 29: Industrialist Kishor Pradhan, who had lost the election for the post of senior vice-president of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) in April, has filed candidacy for the post of vice-president from the category of district and municipal chambers of the FNCCI.
Pradhan is one of the three aspirants for the post who filed candidacy till the end of office hours on Monday. Nirak KC and Prakash Bahadur Raut, both incumbent executive members of the FNCCI, have vied for the post along with Pradhan.

According to information provided by Mina Shrestha, deputy director general of FNCCI, the election is scheduled for September 4.
The 104 representatives of district and municipal chambers will choose one of the three contenders for the post of the vice-president.
