The sticks were recovered from the bus (Ba 2 Kha 6320) of Araniko Travels bound for the capital from Binjel of Phulpingdanda.
The bus was carrying the Maoist cadres for the party’s May 1 demonstrations, said Police Inspector Ek Narayan Koirala.
