Police seize 15,000 illegal Tramadol tablets

Following an investigation, Kiran Shrestha, 27, from Banepa Municipality-6, Kavrepalanchowk, was arrested at the New Bus Park in Gongabu based on information about his involvement in the drug trafficking.

KATHMANDU, Jan 6: Police have seized 15,000 tablets of the drug Tramadol from Chandragiri Municipality-2, Nagdhunga. Officers from the Nagdhunga Police Post and the Narcotics Control Bureau found the drugs hidden in the trunk of a bus with registration number Lu 2 Kha 6818 traveling from Sunauli to Kathmandu on Monday.


Following an investigation, Kiran Shrestha, 27, from Banepa Municipality-6, Kavrepalanchowk, was arrested at the New Bus Park in Gongabu based on information about his involvement in the drug trafficking.
